Today (I'm on west coast time) is World Mental Health Day, a day dedicated to raising awareness about mental health and well-being. It’s a reminder that taking care of your mental health is just as important as your physical health. This year, I want to emphasize the importance of self-care and understanding the concept of “sparkle energy.”

Remember, you can’t pour from an empty cup, so take the time to recharge and care for yourself. Personally, I like going to my she shed and journal in my journal or create my to-do list . This time is when I am able to reenergize myself!
